We live in a world wherein many self-development authors teach that everything comes down to your beliefs.
The theory goes that in order to change your results, you must first change your beliefs, especially the negative ones you hold about yourself.
Yet, is this really true?
And if it is true, is it true ALL the time – most of the time – some of the time – or none of the time?
Or ALL of the ABOVE?
