Here’s a little secret I wrote several months ago about getting what you want when you think you can’t afford it.
“When your mind is organized in terms of the result you want to create, you do NOT imagine whether or not you can afford it.
Instead, you make a decision about what you want to do and where you want to go and how you want to get there, then you figure out what you need to do to make the result you want become a reality.
You picture yourself getting what you need – and you do so with an inner smile on your face.
You see yourself enjoying putting out the extra cash.
Instead of feeling pain, you feel pleasure.
Once this positive mental picture is formed, your subconscious mind will begin figuring out how you’re going to pull it off.
Most people don’t do this. They imagine backwards.
By this I mean they do NOT form an image of what is desired. On the contrary, they form images of what they think is possible, based upon their current situation.
I’ll be the first to say, if you cannot picture yourself smiling and happy doing something, then don’t do it. Moreover, if you think you’re a better person because you aren’t doing
it, then stick with what you’re doing.
But if you want what you want, then make a decision to find what you need, and get on with the process that will turn it into reality.”
