When you listen to all the Law of Attraction experts – you learn that the key to success is focusing on what you want and refusing to focus on what you don’t want.
You’re told that if you violate this principle you will attract what you don’t want – and if you focus on the fact that you’ve attracted what you don’t want – you’ll get even more of the same thing.
My friend, there are some very large loops in this logic.
Suppose you break your leg. Suppose it’s a compound fracture and you need to get the bone put back inside your skin. You might even need a plate or pin inserted into your leg to hold the bones in place.
Now, you can get me to agree that you had something to do with “creating” this problem.
But you will not get me to agree that if you focus on getting the leg fixed – that you’ll create another broken leg.
In my Psycho-Cyb coaching program I work with several doctors – and many of them are surgeons.
Funny thing I’ve observed about surgeons. Want to know what it is. They’re much more optimistic, upbeat and energetic than the regular M.D. who only prescribes medicine or looks at how much pain you’re in – but can do next to nothing to
fix it.
Yes, surgeons are very positive people. And what do they do for a living. They saw off old hips and knees and replace with a new one. They reattach retinas. They remove tumors. They correct defects in hearts. And so on.
Surgeons perform tens of thousands of operations during their career. Dr. Maltz said he did 25,000.
Sure, some surgeries being performed today are unnecessary. I’m not talking about those. What I’m talking about is the moment you have a severe health problem and you need the problem fixed NOW.
It’s the surgeon who comes to the rescue – and usually leaves with yet another success under his belt. Another win. Another condition conquered.
The person who undergoes a surgery like a hip replacement or knee replacement, doesn’t show up on a weekly basis for another replacement – even if he thinks about the surgery all day long.
What does this tell us.
It tells us that we can use visualization to eliminate conditions we don’t want – just as much as we can use it to attract those things we do want.
There is a right way and a wrong way to visualize “getting rid” of the things we don’t want. Surgery is an easy example because all you have to do is show up.
But when it comes to eliminating debt, depression, overweight, bad relationships, etc. – there is a difference in how you will want to focus. On the one hand you want to attract something better – but on the other hand you don’t want to attract more of the same.
These are things I teach in great detail to members of the Psycho-Cyb Success Group. Make sure you’re a part of it. I have some great incentives for you to enroll – including a Wheel of Fortune poster.
Make sure you go here and enroll today.
All the best,
