If you’ve ever sensed that you have mental blocks that are keeping you from accomplishing the goals you’ve set for yourself, then this email may be music to your ears.
Mental blocks are not a physical thing. But when we have one, or many, we act as though we are physically blocked.
We don’t put out the effort required. We procrastinate. We make excuses. And then we feel bad about ourselves because we know, deep down in our guts, in our hearts and in our heads, that we are capable of much, much more.
I’ve been there myself, so I am speaking from experience. I have felt blocked numerous times – and I acted as though I was.
Then one day, back in 2007, when I was teaching the insider-secrets of Psycho-Cybernetics to a group of people I coached, I felt as though I got a download from the heavens. And I instantly became aware of how to help someone remove his or her blocks.
It’s a simple exercise that involves asking and answering a few questions.
And the questions aren’t difficult ones. They are fairly easy to deal with, especially if you are acting as though your blocks are real, which most people are.
Once you’ve asked and answered these questions and follow up with the exercise I teach (this takes about 15 seconds), you may not think that anything spectacular has happened. BUT… over the course of the next few days, and the next few weeks, there’s a good chance that you will realize that something big has happened to you… and that something is a huge positive.
You’re NOT the same as before. You are BETTER than before. You are better than EVER BEFORE.
