Wondering what you can give someone for Christmas?
Let me tell you one of the practices I have engaged in that is monumental and won’t cost you a dime.
Take out a piece of paper and a pen. Then sit in a chair and begin to write about the person you have in mind.
The word “Accomplishments” goes at the top of the page, followed by an opening paragraph telling the person how much you value him/her. Then provide proof.
Recall all the things this person has accomplished over the years, and list them.
You might think the person you are writing is well aware of all his accomplishments, but you would be grossly overestimating reality. Most people never take the time to think about the good they’ve done. Most focus on what’s wrong or not quite good enough yet.
Psycho-Cybernetics is about recalling past positives so you have fuel in your tank to go after what you want in the future.
For someone to see the positive through her own eyes is wonderful, yet you’d be surprised how much the person overlooked. To give your loved one a helping “set of eyes” will probably bring some tears to the forefront, for you and for her.
Do this with your son or daughter. Do it with a co-worker or good friend. Do it for your Mom or Dad or grandparents.
I’m telling you, when the recipient reads your hand-written document, it will carry far more weight than any gift you can buy. It will probably go into a “treasure chest” of some sort. It will be remembered.
And all it costs is a bit of time and thoughtfulness.
See it. Feel it. Be it.

By the way, if you want to give someone a copy of one of the Psycho-Cybernetics products, that would be awesome, too. Just make sure you give it to your loved one with a copy of your hand-written note.
