A couple choice emails to go over today. My replies will follow:
Hey Matt
The book came yesterday. Excited to dig in.
Also, I’ve seen you briefly touch on this. So what’s your thoughts on finding your purpose or passion?
Skylar
M.F. Skylar, from what I have observed, it works the other way. Your purpose or passion finds you, you don’t find it. The question is, when your purpose finds you, do you follow it with passion, or do you let your passion get trampled by others, as well as your own mental imagery? And if your purpose hasn’t found you yet, give no thought to it whatsoever. Stay focused on accomplishing your daily goals, and it will eventually happen.
Hello Matt,
Your book is phenomenal. I have been reading slowly, two to four pages daily. Taking my time to digest the content and FEEL the energy in your words.
I would like to buy three more copies. One for each of my children (Morgan age 11, Troy age 10, and Liberty age six)
I’m wondering if there is any chance you could personally autograph each copy for my children? I believe that would make the books even more meaningful. This is something I hope they’ll keep close for life, perhaps right next to their Bibles. If not, no worries. I’m still planning to buy either way.
Please let me know
Thanks
Matt Vestrand
M.F. Thank you for the feedback, Matt. When you read words that weave a thread through the essential and give you the real secrets with an economy of words, a few pages per day is the way to go. As the title of the book suggests, read and live life One Breath at a Time. Read each entry, then pause and breathe. Let the idea circumnavigate your mind, instead of mindlessly rushing on to the next passage. I would love to personalize a copy to each of your children. Truly awesome that you are doing this for them.
As I mentioned yesterday, put your focus on ONE GOAL. Don’t try to achieve all of them at the same time. Focus on and get things done in single file.
This is one of many master keys that I reveal in my new book. It’ll save you a ton of time, agony and grief.
You’ll get MORE done in LESS time because your focus on one thing magnifies everything else.
Click here to get your hands on One Breath at a Time.
It’s the ultimate game-changer.

P.S. Every breath you take comes in single file.
