Sex and Self-Image – Take 2

Friday, January 29th, 2010

Well, all I can say is that the abundance of emails coming in over the last couple days are pretty conclusive evidence that y’all want to hear more on sex and self-image.

Now let me tell you, some of what I’m going to write on this subject may seem incredible. It may stretch your mind to a few new dimensions – but isn’t that what sex energy does?

It stretches you … in more ways than one.

As your sexual energy increases and you’ve harnessed it rather than let it dissipate, I think you’ll be amazed at how the world changes around you. Instead of having to chase after what you want, you’ll begin to attract it – oftentimes with incredible ease – and I’m not just talking about lovers.

In fact, I’m talking about far more than sexual love – I’m talking about positive experiences. People coming up to you to speak for a while who used to pay you no heed. Even, if you’re up for a stretch, animals coming to be by your side.

This morning, for example, I was out for my internal power walk. I was trekking at my typical clip when a young lady ran past me with her dog.

After the lady and the dog were about 20 meters ahead of me, for some odd reason the dog stopped in his tracks and sat on the ground looking back at me. The lady ran in place whilst waiting on her dog – which she thought was ready to move his bowels. She even had her plastic bag in hand for the expected poop-scoop.

But the dog just sat there until I was a couple feet away. He then sprung to his paws, stuck his tongue out and licked my calf.

I continued walking.

And as I did so the young lady said to her dog, “Ah, you just wanted to say hello, huh? Good dog. Nice dog.”

After my walk finished I went for breakfast by myself and two young waitresses came to my table to ask questions about their lives. I enjoyed talking to them – yet that’s as far as it goes.

Interestingly, these sort of occurrences never used to happen to me.

So what changed?

Well, in short, I am a student of psycho-physical exercises – movements you do with your body that connect your physical, mental and spiritual energies at a level you may not have heard discussed before.

And the cool thing about these exercises is that they change how other people see you – as well as how you see yourself – even though you’re not even trying to make anything but the energy within and around you change.

Many of you wrote and asked if this was like Napoleon Hill’s sex transmutation. Well, yes and no. It’s transmuting sexual energy, without a doubt – just not the way he explained it.

I’ll go into more detail on this in near future.

Stay tuned.

Matt Furey

P.S. Before I forget – I’m almost out of my book, 101 Ways to Magnetize Money grab one while they last.

P.P.S. Just to balance things out – with a smidgeon of humility – there are some dogs who don’t like me and would bite me if I came near. Ouch!

Sex and the Self-Image

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

You probably don’t know this, but Dr. Maltz wrote a book about sex before he died. It was never published – but I may be able to raise it from the ashes and update it if there’s sufficient interest.

Truth is, very few people will argue about the link between your brain and your sexual organs. They’re tied together more than we realize. And they’re positively or negatively affected by the foods we eat, the kind of exercise we get, the amount of stress we’re under – as well as the thoughts we have about the subject.

Take exercise, for instance. Many fitness fanatics have no idea whether the training they’re doing is increasing or decreasing libido. If you take something as common as running, there’s a way to do it to ramp up sexual energy – and a way to drop it to almost nothing.

People who run long distance are generally unaware that the more you do the less you’ll probably have. Meanwhile, the quick burst sprinter is forcing his internal factory to produce hormones in a major way.

Yes, how we exercise is tied to hormone and testosterone production – both of which have a lot to do with whether you’re optimistic or depressed – a creator or a couch potato.

Wherever you see someone creating something new – or performing a skill at the highest level – you’re witnessing sex energy being harnessed and channeled into something more.

Even the buzz you get from visualization and/or meditation is a lot of sexual energy percolating in other regions of the mind/body.

A couple decades back I remember a tai chi master telling me that all creative power “comes from the loins.” I never forgot this. It’s a hard one to let go of.

In today’s world the number of people reaching for blue pills in order to have sex is staggering. Yet, with the right thinking and the right type of exercises, you can probably pass the pill bottle by and get down to business.

I’ll write more on this subject if you like it. Let me now.

In the interim, make sure you get a copy of The Unbeatable Man it’s a book that will give you the mental tools to take charge of your life in a way you never thought possible before.

Best,

Matt Furey

P.S. Hey, who you rooting for in theĀ  Super Bowl?

Lessons for My Son

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

Over the holidays I was in Hawaii with my wife and kids. After several incredible days of sight-seeing and adventure, they traveled back to Florida while I flew up to Vancouver a few days later.

Before taking them to the airport, I pulled my 9-year old out on the patio at the hotel, where we sat on chairs overlooking the ocean.

“Frank,” I said. “I’ve been thinking about what I would teach you right now if this was the last chance for me to speak to you. And two things come to mind.”

“Okay,” said Frank.

“The first is that you will always have goals, even if you don’t consciously set any. Your brain doesn’t really function if there aren’t any goals. So you either choose your own – or you live by those that others choose for you. ”

“And because this is the case, right now is an opportunity for you to choose who you want to be this year? What do you want to accomplish?”

I held two yellow pads before him with a pen.

“This one is for you and the other is for me. Now what we’re going to do is make a list of what you’d like to knock out of the park this year.”

We listed six goals. One of Frank’s was to read 100 books this year.

“I’m going to keep a copy of your goals and I’d like you to keep a copy,” I said. “And as a team we’re going to make them happen. One thing I’ve always noticed about you is that once you put something in writing, you make it happen.”

Frank listened intently as I said this, picturing his previous successes.

On the way to the airport I told him, “When you get home I want you to re-read The Unbeatable Man – written by a guy who knows what it’s like to overcome adversity, failure, mistakes and heartache. It’s a book you’ll want to read time and again to remind you of what it takes to succeed in any thing.”

Frank nodded.

“There’s a secret in the second reading you’re going to find,” I said. “And you missed it the first time. Let me know what it is once you find it as it will be a great moment in time when you do.”

Frank found the secret in the second reading and he’s been living it day after day. The results have been truly awesome to behold.

I’d like to see you get the same type of results with your children – or for yourself. Read and listen to the story of The Unbeatable Man – and your life will never be the same.

Best,

Matt Furey

P.S. In addition to my book, make sure you re-read the classic Psycho-Cybernetics once a year as well. Each and every time you read it you will find gems you overlooked before. Guaranteed.
